As one of four blacksmiths, the dwarf Dvalin created the Brisingamen collar for the Germanic goddess of love Freya. In Nordic mythology, the special necklace is said to be magic, love, but also sadness and suffering. Freya’s tears in heaven always promised rich fruits on earth. However, it was the wrath of the god father Odin that often caused the goddess of love to spark wars in the human world. Dirk Hofmeister from Midguards Messer was inspired by Nordic blacksmithing and created the extremely stable Böker Plus Little Dvalin.
The fixed knife impresses with its compact size and massive spear point blade made of D2, which is provided with a dark gray titanium coating and a pronounced groove. The corrugation on the back of the blade promises a safe thumb rest for difficult cutting work. In spite of the anger of the gods, the well-formed and partially fluted handle made of G10 is always safe in the hand. With a standard 3D printer, you can easily print out alternative handles in a wide variety of shapes, colors and materials yourself. With lanyard eyelet, belt clip and high quality Kydex sheath.
