Delivery of download products: There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier). Download products will be sent to you as a file by e-mail within hours of conclusion of the contract (after the time of your payment instruction if advance payment has been agreed). Download products can be downloaded via a link sent to you by e-mail.

Delivery times Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 5-7 days, for deliveries abroad within 10-14 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. We do not sell our knives, axes or other products to children, young people under the age of 18 or people with disabilities.

Never use our knives and axes on yourself to test how sharp the blade cuts. This can result in serious injury or even death. Never threaten people with our knives or axes with the intention of injuring or killing them. When carrying our knives and axes, always put them in the sheaths supplied so that no cuts or puncture wounds can occur in the event of a fall. Our knives and axes are only intended for private use, for outdoor activities, vacations, barbecues or other leisure activities. Otherwise, please handle our products with care so that nobody can come to any harm.
